I absolutely love the PC they built for me! I went with the prebuilt Frame Ripper and upgraded the case and RBG cables. Their customer service is next level! When I received the PC after across country shipping a couple things shook loose and it wasn’t working correctly. I got my PC yesterday and I ended up locking myself out at the setup's initial login. Texted Pat at 9pm, and he was up till midnight helping me thru ought the process of getting me back in my PC. Dual 3090 machine, zoom zoom Stumbled across a dual 3090 machine offered by Lux and was SO happy with every part of the sale. The owner personally reached out and helped me through the process, and the machine arrived with everything down to the BIOS configured for my AI workloads. Just needed to pop the GPUs in.
