  I never felt comfortable asking for help from any of these computer stores for a new PC-build. I decided to give Custom Lux PC's a try with a question I had and honestly they have been extremely helpful in getting me exactly what I needed, and with amazing prices.   I reached Lux PC at 10pm on Friday June 28th expecting a reply the next day or Monday morning.  To my surprise I got a reply in about a minute or two.  We chatted and built my PC over the next 40 mins.  The next morning we talked a bit more and I finalized my order.  Pat kept in touch over the next few days with questions and updates.  By July 5th I had my new PC.  The price was right, it's a work of art, and it has the power I was asking for.  I highly recommend choosing Lux PC for your next dream build!

  Pat from Custom Lux PC’s went above and beyond! He not only sent personal texts thanking me for my order, but he also sent pictures of the PC once it was finished. He is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The PC arrived on time as promised. It was packaged wonderfully to keep all the parts safe during shipping. This computer is incredible!   Initially, I had a lot of skepticism coming into my first encounter with Custom Lux PC's due to the fact they're unfortunately not very well known, but after a long and friendly chat with the owner, it was clear that he 100% knew what he was talking about and quickly rid me of my worries.

Pat (owner) is a clear savant when it comes to PC's, as he guided me through the entire process of choosing my custom pc with quick response times and good insights with what to do with my budget and circumstances.

Once I ordered my PC, he even sent detailed instructions of what to do and took the time to make insightful youtube videos to guide you through the whole process of setting it up for the first time on the Custom Lux PC's youtube channel. He even offered lifetime warranty and tech support for whenever I have troubles.

Nothing but praise for Pat and his company. If you're looking to get a new prebuilt or custom built pc, this is definitely the best and most reliable place to choose from.

  Pat was really one of the best people as much as in service, prices help with shipping in a nutshell an exceptional customer service

If you have questions about your PC, he will answer them and explain if it is good for your PC.

I have looked for technical support in other stores but none of them are as attentive and helpful as this one

They shipped my spare parts right away, no problem. They also didn’t enable XAMP, but that was easy enough. The strengths: their customer service is SUPER responsive and helpful.
