Warranty and Protection

Every Custom Lux PC includes warranty coverage options ranging from one year to lifetime coverage depending on the selected configuration and protection plan.

Our warranty programs cover parts and labor, and all systems are thoroughly tested before shipment. Shipping damage is fully covered, and our support team remains available throughout the life of your system to assist with troubleshooting, upgrades, and technical questions.

Our goal is simple: provide the best custom gaming PCs, professional workstations, and custom computer solutions at competitive prices while delivering unmatched customer service and transparency.

Our warranty in a nutshell: we provide a 1 year to lifetime warranty for all customers (depending on your PC and preference) which covers all parts and labor. The warranty does not cover return shipping if the customer needs to send their PC back to us. The warranty does not cover travel if one of our technicians has to come to you to pick-up or repair the PC. There are exceptions if the customer is close to our office. If the customer has an issue that cannot be repaired remotely with our tech support, we may recommend local PC repair shops in the area to fix the problem quickly and we cover all expenses besides travel. All damages caused by shipping are covered. Accidental damage or drops are not covered. Hardware tampering is not covered. Damage caused by overclocking, cheating (hardware ban), or viruses are not covered.
