But when I tell you God himself had a hand in building this pc.. Excellent communication from Day One, super knowledgeable, didnt try to up sale me on anything. And once I got it, ran like a super cooled Tesla. Thank you So Much. This is honestly a dream come tru for me.
Jake Cielesz2024-10-26Custom Lux PCs provided the best experience I've had in my search for a custom-built PC. I was looking for a local builder in NJ, and I found it with Custom Lux. After submitting a build request on their website, I received a text from Pat, the owner, within an hour. He had already put together a possible build based on my needs, and after some back-and-forth, he fine-tuned it to exactly what I wanted. The price was great, but the customer service was even better. Pat happened to live nearby, and once the build was complete (it only took a week), he personally delivered the PC to my door. A few months later, I had a question about one of the components, and Pat helped me troubleshoot everything over text. I've had zero issues since. Whenever I have questions about upgrades, I know I can count on Pat for reliable advice and support. I can't recommend Custom Lux PCs and Pat enough—if you're looking for a custom-built PC, this is the place to go!

You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great customer service. On top of that, the prices were amazing, far better than I expected for such high-quality work.
