How does monthly PC maintenance work?
- Start your monthly subscription through our website
- Receive an email with instructions on how to install and setup AnyDesk for our remote access
- Once the connection is authorized, we will be able to connect when your PC is logged in.
Note: you do not have to be physically present during our remote maintenance sessions. The PC can be logged in but unattended.
